Pieter van Zyl

Pieter is a seasoned hunter and fisherman, proficient in both Bow and Rifle hunting as well as with the fishing rod, he has successfully harvested many animals over the years both in South Africa and in neighboring countries. Pieter has competed in numerous SABA Bow shooting competitions, and loves shooting clay pigeons and other target shooting. He is an adrenaline junkie that loves speed, and daring adventures. He has bungy jumped Bloukrans - the highest bungy jump in the world twice. If Adventure is your game then Pieter is the man to help you get started with the right equipment.

Pieter also is a seasoned traveler that has travelled all over South Africa as well as neighboring countries, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Zambia, and the whole of Namibia up to Angola.  So he is your go-to man regarding any cross-border camping and adventure information and assistance you may need. 

With a rich IT back ground as well as sales background he is dedicated to the BoysToys brand with exceptional knowledge of the products that are sold online and in the store. Pieter served on the leadership team of BNI Silver Linings where he actively promotes BoysToys in the seat of Outdoor Adventure.

Pieter has also successfully completed a host of survival and bush craft courses and have completed Extreme and Solo survival challenges. He is a certified Survival Bush Ranger and Survival Instructor. Due to these qualifications certified by STASA(Survival Training Association of South Africa), Pieter will be hosting various courses that will be open to the public.
